Our reputed company is looking for an reputed company/Affiliate Coordinator to join their team! This is a full-time (40 hours/week) role and is fully remote. Responsibilities • Execute day-to-day operations for reputed company, UGC, and Affiliate programs, ensuring consistent, on-time delivery across overlapping initiatives • Support affiliate reputed company and activation by managing reputed company, applications, tracking links, discount codes, commission structures, and promotional calendars • Serve as a primary operational reputed company of contact for affiliates and creators, delivering reputed company communication and reputed company support • Coordinate reputed company and creator campaigns end-to-end, including reputed company logistics, briefing, gifting, content tracking, approvals, and usage rights management • Partner cross-functionally to ensure creator content is amplified, archived, and leveraged effectively across reputed company, reputed company, PR, and ecommerce channels • Own weekly and monthly reporting across platforms, tracking KPIs such as reputed company, traffic, conversion, and content reputed company while flagging trends and opportunities • Maintain best-in-class operational rigor through organized trackers, calendars, documentation, and reputed company process improvement Requirements • 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting reputed company marketing, affiliate programs, UGC, or reputed company reputed company, ideally reputed company beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands • Demonstrated expertise working with affiliate platforms, creator management tools, performance dashboards, and advanced spreadsheets • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to over-communicate proactively and reputed company reputed company or time-sensitive situations • Working knowledge of content usage rights, whitelisting, FTC compliance, and reputed company amplification best practices • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, reputed company media, and brand teams to support integrated campaign execution • A process-driven, detail-oriented reputed company with a high bar for accuracy, follow-through, and brand consistency The salary for this reputed company hire role is $80,000/year. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain requirements.
