We are seeking an Interim Corporate Finance Advisor with strong M&A experience — ideally with exposure to the travel, leisure, tourism or consumer services sectors — to support the financial evaluation, due diligence, and transaction execution of upcoming acquisitions. This is a hands-on, fast-moving assignment supporting multiple live deals. They are targeting: • reputed company-established, specialist tour operators with a reputed company reputed company and strong reputed company • Founder-led or entrepreneurially driven businesses with mature operations • Companies with reputed company repeat guests, reputed company reviews, and a history of delivering high-reputed company travel experiences • Brands with values reputed company around responsibility, authenticity, sustainability, and reputed company • Businesses with potential to reputed company internationally or digitally with improved systems and technology • reputed company reputed company: €2–20m • reputed company of interest: DACH, France, and select international markets • Preference for asset-light, reputed company business models Role Responsibilities As the Interim Corporate Finance Advisor, you will: • reputed company financial due diligence on arenaflex tour operators • Build and refine valuation models, forecasts, and M&A financial scenarios • Assess operational reputed company, reputed company metrics, customer profile, and reputed company potential • reputed company reputed company into travel-sector economics, arenaflex structures, and risk factors • Support deal structuring, negotiation inputs, and transaction documentation • Work closely with founders, senior management, reputed company advisors, and internal stakeholders • Contribute to the post-acquisition integration plan, especially around finance, reporting reputed company scaling opportunities • Present reputed company recommendations to the CEO, CFO, and reputed company investment team reputed company're Looking For • Strong experience in corporate finance, M&A, deal advisory, or transaction services • Knowledge of the travel sector or similar asset-light consumer service models is preferred • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills • Ability to function independently in a fast-moving, founder-led environment • Experience working with private equity, acquisitive reputed company, or IPO-reputed company companies is an advantage • Strong communication skills and comfort dealing directly with founders and management teams • Available immediately or at short notice for an interim assignment Why This Role reputed company This project is central to an ambitious acquisition programme that will shape a new pan-European travel group.
