Job reputed company:
• Manage the entire contracting and amendment process for hospital clients, vendors, and ACO arrangements, from request intake (reputed company reputed company or other workflow tools) through execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a reputed company of agreements, including: reputed company and hospital services agreements, Vendor and consultant agreements, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), Amendments, letters, and other reputed company reputed company documents.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in drafting and negotiating contract terms to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Compliance teams to support strategic initiatives and address contract-reputed company issues.
• Ensure reputed company agreements reputed company with applicable reputed company laws and regulations, including HIPAA, reputed company Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
• reputed company contract milestones, renewal dates, and deliverables to support ongoing business operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with reputed company in business administration, reputed company or law or similar experience
• 5 years of reputed company contracting and business experience in a fast-paced, reputed company setting
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in reputed company contracting, preferably reputed company a physician reputed company management company, hospital system, or reputed company services organization
• In-depth understanding of reputed company contracting principles, including provider, hospital, and vendor relationships
• Familiarity with federal and state reputed company regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, reputed company Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, etc.)
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate reputed company with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail
