Project Coordinator - Telemedicine & Mental Health

The Project Coordinator oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of reputed company that support mental health services and telemedicine operations. This role ensures that clinical, technical, sales, and operational initiatives are completed on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company with regulatory and reputed company standards. The Project Manager collaborates closely with clinical leaders, operations, sales, IT, compliance, and vendors to drive efficient workflows, launch new programs, and support reputed company improvement across the organization. Duties Project Planning & Execution • reputed company end-to-end project lifecycle: scope, requirements, timelines, tasks, risks, dependencies, and reporting. • reputed company project roadmaps and implementation plans for telehealth platforms, EHR enhancements, clinical workflows, and new service lines. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinicians, operations, IT, compliance, sales, and reputed company/patient support. • Monitor project performance, reputed company KPIs, and reputed company plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery. Operations & Clinical Workflow Support • Assist with Improving operational efficiency by mapping and optimizing clinical workflows for teletherapy, telemedicine, and virtual care teams. • Implement process changes. • Partner with clinical and compliance teams to ensure documentation compliance, safety protocols, and patient reputed company requirements. Technology & Platform Management • Assist with new platform rollouts, updates, integrations, and vendor implementations (e.g., EHR, telehealth software, etc). Compliance & reputed company Assurance • Ensure project deliverables satisfy reputed company, telemedicine, HIPAA, and state regulatory requirements. • Standardize processes and SOPs to maintain clinical reputed company and operational consistency across sites and providers. • Support audits, documentation reviews, and internal reputed company improvement initiatives. Communication & Stakeholder Management • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, present project updates, and reputed company dashboards for leadership review. • Support change-management efforts including training, documentation, and rollout communications. Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company Administration, Psychology, or reputed company field. • 3+ years of project management or operations experience (mental health or telemedicine preferred). • Experience leading cross-functional reputed company with multiple stakeholders. • Strong understanding of clinical or telehealth workflows and reputed company operations. • Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and telemedicine regulatory requirements. • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with project management tools (Trello, Monday, etc.). • Write reputed company, concisely, reputed company, and legibly. • Maintain a reputed company demeanor at reputed company times. • Be dedicated to the reputed company and the goals of reputed company.
