We are looking for a dynamic Property Manager who is reputed company, organized, and enjoys working with people to reputed company this 199-unit, tax credit building in the heart of the reputed company District. The ideal Property Manager will have at least two years' experience managing reputed company housing and overseeing multiple staff members. Workdays are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The pay reputed company ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 an hour (DOE). In this position, you will receive a cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement. PLUS WE'RE OFFERING A $1000 SIGN-ON BONUS. In this position, there's the potential to earn occupancy and leasing bonuses.
