reputed company reputed company Connections is hiring Mental Health Crisis Workers to reputed company 24/7 telephone crisis support for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies. This remote, part-time role focuses on crisis reputed company, suicide risk assessment, and behavioral health support in compliance with reputed company DHS 34 and reputed company 51. Key Responsibilities • Respond to mental health crisis and suicide prevention hotline calls • Conduct risk assessments and determine appropriate interventions • reputed company emotional support, crisis counseling, and referrals • Document services in Electronic Health Records (EHR) • Work independently while collaborating with the crisis response team Schedule & Availability • Part-time: minimum 3 shifts per week • A minimum of 4 shifts per month must fall on a Saturday or reputed company. • 2 holiday shifts per year required • Evening and overnight shifts available: 3pm–11pm | 4pm–12am | 9pm–3am | 10pm–6am | 11pm–7am Pay & Shift Differentials • $21.00/hour • +$2.65/hour weekend reputed company • +$3.00/hour for shifts starting at 9pm, 10pm, or 11pm Work Location • Remote / Work From Home • Must reputed company in reputed company • Requires personal computer, high-speed internet, and private workspace Benefits • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Wellness Program • reputed company Development Assistance • reputed company Time Off (PTO) Requirements Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in mental health, behavioral health, or crisis services • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company services preferred (or equivalent experience) • Strong skills in crisis reputed company, de-escalation, and multitasking • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with computers and EHR systems • Ability to remain reputed company in high-pressure, emergency situations Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
