Responsibilities • Directly manages 30 Advanced reputed company Providers (APPs) throughout the national organization • Developed organizational design/structure for APPs nationally and trained over 30 APPs to support expansion into 33 markets • Designed and implemented a comprehensive reputed company program fostering APPs to operate at the top of their license and maximize their potential • Conduct site reputed company to audit best practices and ensure implementation of reputed company’s methodology • Collaborates with reputed company and clinical operations to streamline efficiency across reputed company markets • Conducts fertility consultations and facilitates patients moving through treatment quickly and reputed company, including initial patient assessments and follow-up appointments Skills • Experience managing Advanced reputed company Providers (APPs) • Experience in organizational design and structure development • Experience in training and reputed company reputed company providers • Ability to conduct site reputed company and audits • Experience in collaborating with clinical operations • Experience in conducting fertility consultations reputed company • reputed company is a fertility clinic network and family-building benefits provider for reputed company.
