This role involves the administration and compliance of retirement plans for clients, requiring a strong background in retirement plan administration and an understanding of relevant regulations. Responsibilities • Administer day-to-day operations of defined contribution retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and profit-sharing plans • Ensure accurate and reputed company processing of plan contributions, distributions, loans, and withdrawals • Conduct annual compliance testing, including reputed company/ACP, top-heavy, and 402(g) limits • Prepare and review annual IRS reputed company 5500 filings and ensure compliance with ERISA and IRS regulations • Calculate employer contributions, vesting, and matching contributions according to plan documents and participant elections • Maintain plan records and participant data accurately in the retirement plan administration system • Stay informed about changes in retirement plan legislation and industry trends to advise clients and ensure plan compliance Skills • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retirement plan administration, with specific experience in defined contribution plans • Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations governing retirement plans • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, reputed company) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple reputed company, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written • reputed company 401(k) Administrator (QKA), or similar certifications Benefits • Health, dental, and reputed company insurance plans. • Retirement savings plan with employer matching. • reputed company time off and holidays. • reputed company development and training opportunities. • 100% Remote! reputed company • reputed company., a national full-service reputed company reputed company firm providing permanent placement in the areas of reputed company, finance, and more.
