OmegaX is seeking a results-driven Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions to reputed company and execute large-market transactions (typically $100M or more in deal size). This individual will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, structuring, and closing strategic and add-on acquisitions that drive portfolio and platform reputed company. The ideal candidate will have strong deal execution experience, deep financial acumen, and the ability to reputed company negotiations independently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company, evaluate, and execute acquisition opportunities in the $100M+ reputed company, focusing on strategic fit, valuation, and ROI.
• reputed company end-to-end deal process: initial reputed company, due diligence, financial modeling, structuring, negotiation, and closing.
• Work closely with business leaders, finance teams, and executives to assess targets’ operational performance, integration readiness, and reputed company potential.
• reputed company and maintain relationships with brokers, advisors, and reputed company company executives to build a sustainable deal pipeline.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for senior leadership and investment committee review.

• Manage and mentor existing M&reputed company members.

Qualifications
• MBA degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or reputed company field;
• 10+ years of reputed company M&A or investment experience, preferably in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Proven ability to independently reputed company deals in the $100M and plus reputed company from origination through closing.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple reputed company transactions simultaneously.
