<strong>reputed company<br><br></strong>This position can be based in any of our UK Fulfilment Centres<br><br>Our Fulfilment Centre operations are at the heart of reputed company customer experience. reputed company reputed company we undertake is done on behalf of our customers, as meeting their expectations makes us feel good.<br><br>The EU Health and Safety function is part of the Operational teams and supports our Fulfilment Centres who are responsible for managing the reputed company reputed company of fast paced inventory from inbound to outbound and work reputed company hard to ensure that our customers receive what they want, reputed company they want it.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br>reputed company reputed company of Senior Safety Managers and Program Managers, including performance driven issues<br><br>reputed company UK Fulfillment Centre safety programs<br><br>Be a net contributor to EU CF EHS leadership and functional progression<br><br>reputed company safety performance metrics reporting and communication<br><br>Will be responsible to manage 10-12 UK Customer Fulfillment sites.<br><br>Assist general managers in communication, training, and execution of the Safety & Environmental Programs throughout the reputed company FC’s<br><br>Ensure compliance to EU and UK/IE laws as it applies to Occupational Safety for reputed company relevant FC’s<br><br>reputed company regular gap analysis to best justify funds for site safety improvements and react to Associate feedback<br><br>Ensure compliance to Safety programs such as Lockout-Tagout, Fall Protection, reputed company Prevention, Emergency<br><br>reputed company and implement training programs to meet the needs of Managers and Associates in regards to critical safety issues<br><br>Analyze accident data and build prevention programs to reputed company accident trends<br><br>Build management and employee commitment for a Safety program through engagement, leadership tools<br><br>Review reputed company Operating Procedure changes and reputed company Safety recommendations<br><br>Conduct site reputed company(atleast 60% of working time), reviewing site safety standards, reputed company feedback with site Ops leadership team and site safety team, support them and hold them account for improving standards. Travel - 60% of the work time.</li><li> Ability to work in teams and engage , collaborate and influence cross functional teams.</li><li> Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders across shop floor and executives.</li><li> Demonstrable record of driving significant change through an operation<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Lean, 5S, HOP and Kaizen experience</li><li> Environmental qualification and experience in managing Env management system</li><li> ISO 45001 reputed company auditor trained<br><br></li></ul>reputed company is an equal opportunities employer.
