We're seeking a French Bilingual Contact Centre Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a valued member of our Contact Centre Team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, working with customers to help them resolve their financial difficulties, while collecting on the funds owing to arenaflex.Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional listening skills and a curiosity to help customers meet their needs and resolve concerns

- Ability to multitask and reputed company through computer systems, applications, and multiple screens with speed and accuracy while balancing performance to meet a reputed company of metrics
