About the Role

We are looking for talented and driven individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Representative, working from the comfort of their own homes. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, responding to inbound and outbound calls, and utilizing the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance products. Key Responsibilities

  • Complete our industry-leading training program to equip yourself with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role
  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls from clients and potential clients who request products and services, with the goal of setting appointments and driving sales
  • Utilize the Zoom platform to educate clients and potential clients about our life and supplemental health insurance products, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Assist clients and potential clients in completing electronic applications, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
  • Attend team training sessions twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and company updates

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
