Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Saudi Arabic-Speaking Customer Service Agent to provide effective customer service to our clients through chat support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for using your excellent, in-depth knowledge of our products and programs to communicate effectively with customers and within the company. Your primary goal will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and create unforgettable service experiences that drive customer loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize your strong understanding of the local dialect and cultural nuances to effectively communicate with Saudi Arabian customers.
- Assist customers via chat regarding placing orders, order confirmation, product/promotion questions, and other inquiries, with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Document customer issues and inputs in our ticketing system to ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide additional information or engage others in the organization to provide solutions according to defined procedures.
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service, and handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and create and maintain customer loyalty by providing unforgettable service experiences.
- Work with the team to achieve department goals, such as updating response templates for customer queries, and perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Fluency in Saudi Arabic, with a strong understanding of the local dialect and cultural nuances.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, as well as written Arabic.
- Ability to answer a high volume of messages/outbound calls and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sound decision-making abilities, with the capacity to anticipate problems and create solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accept and adapt well to corporate or departmental change.
- Able to begin tasks with limited supervision and understand and process new information quickly.
- Understanding of the value of creating customer loyalty and maintaining stable performance and poise in high-stress situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Digital and e-commerce experience, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies.
