**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Professional, you'll play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations and customer support teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions, managing patient data, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions, including compounding, administration, audit, and check of prescribed medications.
* Maintain accurate patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and prescription details.
* Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and pharmacy operations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with current information on data innovation related to pharmacy systems, including workflow, solution satisfaction, charging, clinical documentation, training, stock management, and retail location registers.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
* Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region.
* Experience performing prescription dispensing exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations.
* Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
* Strong knowledge of pharmacy systems, including workflow, solution satisfaction, charging, clinical documentation, training, stock management, and retail location registers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
