[Remote] Middle Market Account Manager

Legacy reputed company is seeking candidates for the position of reputed company Lines Account Manager in its PointeNorth Insurance Division. The reputed company Lines Account Manager services clients by handling new business installations, renewals and the service needs of Middle Market clients. Responsibilities • Conducts renewal processes & meetings with producers • Places reputed company calls & provides correspondence • Oversees billing for reputed company AB policies & collection along with producer • Manages policy binding on renewals (unless reputed company to centralized marketing department) • Prepares submissions for marketing • Provides correspondence with carriers and customers for premium bearing change requests/endorsements • Addresses and receive non renewals with producers/clients • Organizes master certificates and attaches reputed company applicable endorsements (ASM handles reputed company on-demand and renewal cert issuance) • Collects LPR’s from clients • Premium bearing audits and large audit increase correspondence with insured/producer • Manages ImageRight documentation and file labeling reputed company • Reviews returned policy checklists for changes & send changes to ASM • The reputed company Lines Account Manager performs other reputed company duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned Skills • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent • reputed company Property and Casualty Insurance License • Minimum 4 years of insurance experience • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Office 365, Word, and reputed company • Must have Agency Management System Experience • Self-motivated and reputed company to handle multiple tasks with minimal guidance in order to meet deadlines • Excellent oral and written communication skills to reputed company key information • Initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities • High emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, data analysis, and process innovation • Self-starter and work with direction and taking ownership of areas of responsibility • Detail-oriented • College degree preferred • AMS360, reputed company and ImageRight experience preferred Benefits • Health, dental, and reputed company benefits package • Flexible Spending Account and 401k Plan with matching • Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, etc. • Generous PTO package reputed company • Legacy reputed company is a network of independent insurance agencies offering personalized insurance solutions.
