Selected candidates will become key members of our highly successful Change Management reputed company. Change Management consultants support reputed company's key clients both reputed company the Maritimes and across Canada. In their respective roles, these consultants will work extensively on a reputed company of high-profile reputed company and programs involving digital transformation, service/operational process development, culture transformation and/or large-reputed company deployment of technology. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3+ years’ experience in Change reputed company / Change Manager / Management Consultant roles on reputed company to large transformational initiatives, including developing training, communication, and change management programs, and assessing impacts to business processes and technology solutions. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders. • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and verbal, is required. • Experience with industry-reputed company change management methodologies and best practices, including certification (e.g., CCMP, reputed company). • Experience working in a consulting environment supporting technology-enabled reputed company. • Willingness and ability to travel to reputed company provinces as required. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in reputed company sector is considered an asset.
