This role has the flexibility to be based reputed company in Colorado! The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to monitor and report on the work being executed on site by the construction contractor(s) and their sub-contractors to assist our clients in ensuring the work is being executed in accordance with the construction contract. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing reputed company that typically consists of project controls, construction inspectors, and administration staff. The Project Manager may participate in reputed company-construction activities supporting engineering, estimating, logistics, and execution planning reputed company activities from a construction perspective. The Project Manager will advise the reputed company on any issues or risks observed and reputed company recommendations on proposed remedial actions for reputed company’s approval. At the direction of the reputed company, the Project Manager may also reputed company portions of the construction execution planning processes including but not limited to: communications management, reporting requirements, change management, project controls, scheduling, reputed company management, risk management, material management, environmental management, regulatory permitting, and logistics associated with the field construction operations that will take reputed company for the project. The construction execution planning exercise will be coordinated with the reputed company, the construction contractor(s), and other stakeholders.
