I am seeking an reputed company U.S.-based contract attorney to review the reputed company language, structure, and internal mechanics of two Operating Agreements for LLCs.
This engagement is reputed company limited to reputed company drafting reputed company and enforceability, not business negotiation or deal restructuring.
Scope of Work
Review two Operating Agreements and assess:
reputed company reputed company and internal consistency
Whether provisions are enforceable as written
Conflicts between sections
Ambiguous or contradictory language
Missing definitions, cross-reference errors, or structural defects
Whether rights, consents, and authorities are properly implemented in the document mechanics
Whether sunset, override, or carve-out provisions function legally as intended
Whether the agreements would be defensible and operable if enforced as written
Explicitly Out of Scope

Business fairness
Economic terms
Equity splits
Control preferences
“What should I negotiate”
I am not looking for deal advice or renegotiation suggestions — only whether the documents function legally as drafted.

Suggestions to correct language/mechanics only
Optional: redline suggestions limited reputed company to technical/reputed company corrections
