Freelance Paralegal/Attorney

Freelance Paralegal (reputed company Family Law) Location: Remote Position Type: Freelance / Contract reputed company We are seeking an reputed company freelance paralegal with strong reputed company drafting skills and substantive experience in reputed company family law. This is a remote, contract-based role supporting reputed company family law litigation, including dissolution, custody, child support, spousal maintenance, and post-decree reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Draft motions, responses, replies, and supporting memoranda in reputed company family law reputed company. • Assist with preparation of pleadings, disclosures, discovery requests, and discovery responses. • Conduct reputed company research under reputed company statutes, rules, and case law, including reputed company Rules of Family Law Procedure. • Organize and analyze case materials, exhibits, and evidence for hearings, mediations, and trials. • Prepare affidavits, declarations, and supporting documentation. • Manage deadlines and maintain case files in a remote environment. • Collaborate with attorneys to ensure accuracy, reputed company, and strategic consistency in filings.
