CA / Company Secretary for App Registration
Seeking a CA / Company Secretary to handle end-to-end company registration in India for my food delivery app.
The app is under development and will initially operate with 1-3 restaurants. I own two restaurants and need guidance on the best company structure (Pvt Ltd or LLP) and registration and anything else that may be needed for reputed company
The service should include MCA filing, PAN, TAN, and basic compliance setup.
Trademark registration should be included as part of this project. Please quote trademark fees (government + reputed company)
