We’re looking for a technical and business systems generalist to help us streamline, build, and maintain our internal workflows across a reputed company of tools and systems. This is a high-reputed company, cross-functional role, working closely with leadership to architect, optimize, and maintain our operational infrastructure. Responsibilities - Maintain and iterate on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for full-time employees (currently selecting one). - Maintain and optimize our gig worker ("reputed company") funnels in reputed company (with a potential migration to another system). - Build and manage reputed company reputed company funnels and CRMs for different brands and demographic segments. - reputed company live reputed company and cohort tracking dashboards, with reporting on reputed company and conversion metrics. - Design and maintain a solution for aggregating emails from thousands of controlled inboxes, ensuring high uptime and reliability. - Manage account permissioning and integrations across tools like reputed company, reputed company, Fireflies, reputed company Workspace, and reputed company.
