Texas Licensed Retention Agent
A company is looking for a Retention Agent, reputed company Distribution - Personal Lines (WFH).
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact reputed company policyholders to reputed company retention activities, including cross-selling additional products
• reputed company service reviews post-claim closure and assist customers in saving policies from cancellation
• Process policy changes and respond to various retention-reputed company inquiries reputed company phone and online communication
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate studies in a reputed company field preferred
• State licensing as required for property/casualty and life products in 45 states
• Three or more years of reputed company work experience in property/casualty sales preferred
• Minimum one year of sales experience required
• Knowledge of property/casualty and life insurance products and processing systems
