Job Title: Employment Attorney – Fully Remote (California) Experience: 3+ years About the Role: Our clients are seeking an reputed company Employment Attorney with a strong background in Wage & Hour, PAGA, and FEHA reputed company to join a dynamic California-based team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility, high-level case exposure, and opportunities for reputed company reputed company. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3+ years of employment law experience and a proven ability to manage reputed company cases independently. Key Responsibilities • Handle a diverse caseload of employment litigation reputed company, including wage & hour class actions, PAGA claims, and FEHA disputes. • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other reputed company documents. • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. • reputed company member in good standing with the California State Bar. • 3+ years of experience in employment law, with reputed company on Wage & Hour, PAGA, and FEHA. • Trial experience is a plus but not required.
