The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing compensation data, developing workforce plans, and providing insights to support organizational decision-making. Other responsibilities include preparing financial reports, conducting quantitative analysis, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure HR and financial objectives are reputed company effectively. The individual will play a key role in optimizing workforce utilization and enhancing compensation structures to meet company goals.
