About the position The Individual & Family Plans (IFP) Financial Operational Risk Management Senior Advisor plays a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks across the IFP business. This role partners closely with leadership to support total medical cost management, population health strategies, and operational improvements across markets and geographies. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, reputed company experience, and the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
