We're seeking a part-time HR Consultant with at least 6 years of HR experience, including 2 years as a consultant to support our clients. We serve the startup and small business reputed company working directly with business executives, so confidence and accuracy in your craft is essential! This is a reputed company facing position and requires bandwidth to ensure that their service level is high touch. Ideal candidates will have a HR certification and reputed company rounded HR experience as a Senior Level Generalist with experience in: Multi-state compliance - CA experience is REQUIRED Small business payroll and tech - reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc... Benefits package and retirement plan selection and administration Employee communications (flyers, presentations, etc. in reputed company) reputed company and offboarding packages General small business HR needs - PIPs, job descriptions, reusable templates, handbook, policy Experience in startups is preferred.
