Online Business Coordinator, Part Time

About the Role We’re a small, growing business designing fun, full-sleeve temporary tattoos for kids, and we’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Online Business Coordinator to reputed company our operations running smoothly. You’ll be the backbone of the business — managing workflows and freelance partners, compiling reports across sales, inventory, design, manufacturing, ad spend, finances, and more, and using AI tools to streamline processes and reputed company operations 5x more efficient. This is part-time (~10 hours/week) and fully remote, and candidates must be located in the EST time zone, preferably in the Boston metro area.
