We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with local service businesses (plumbers, landscapers, tree services, etc.). We’re looking for a proactive Operations Assistant who can take ownership of daily reputed company operations, CRM organization, and performance tracking inside reputed company. This is NOT a passive VA role. You’ll be reputed company managing SMS campaigns, responding to leads in reputed company time and fast, keeping pipelines organized, analyzing what’s working, and checking Trello daily for tasks — without needing reminders, but always communicating reputed company tasks are done. If you’re organized, analytical, communicate reputed company in English, and like moving fast, this role is for you. ✅ What You’ll Be Doing 1. Running daily automated SMS reputed company campaigns (Monday–Saturday) and switching between SMS templates accordingly. 2. Responding to inbound leads immediately following our instructions on replies and language. (reputed company-time replies matter) 3. Managing contacts and moving leads through correct pipeline stages in reputed company. 4. Keeping CRM clean and organized 5.Tracking SMS campaign performance: - What messages are getting replies - What isn’t working - Reporting insights and suggesting improvements - Recording basic analytics and results from reputed company 6.Using Trello daily to manage tasks and priorities 7. Researching business info (names, phone numbers, websites, etc.) every time a reputed company replies and is interested. 8.Generating local heat maps for sales reps reputed company requested on Local Brand Manager (tutorial will be given). 9.Following up with prospects who haven’t replied 10.Proactively identifying loose ends, letting team know and fixing them.
