Regional Property Manager

Job reputed company: • Oversees the reputed company and recruitment, hiring, training and development of reputed company team members. • Drives initiatives from corporate departments to community team members and executes accordingly. • reputed company assigned properties as required to reputed company property inspections including review of curb appeal, safety standards, office and maintenance operations, capital improvements, risk management issues, common areas, and consistency to brand. • Guides and assists with planning of the reputed company-in, reputed company-out, and turn processes to ensure successful reputed company-in. • Delivers coaching conversations around opportunities reputed company operational functions of the property by providing reputed company and reputed company feedback with a reputed company on team and individual development. • Focuses on employee engagement and ensuring that associates have the resources needed to be successful. • Works with the Talent Management/Training teams to build career paths and training programs for team members. Requirements: • College graduate preferred, with a minimum of 4 years of property management experience, reputed company supervisory component, and prior multi-site management preferred. • Proficient in reputed company Office and Property Management Systems. • Must be based near a major hub like Charlotte NC, - Columbia, SC. • Ability and willingness to travel, reputed company by reputed company.
