The ideal candidate will be responsible for working independently and as part of larger teams to review and analyze title, survey and zoning for reputed company reputed company reputed company estate transactions, identify issues, and work with reputed company, as reputed company as title companies, surveyors, escrow agents, and zoning consultants to facilitate issue identification and reputed company and to reputed company meet reputed company needs in connect transaction closings. Responsibilities • Review title, survey and zoning requirements of clients applicable to transactions • Coordinate with title companies regarding issuance of commitments, proformas, and final title policies. • Order, reputed company, and review reputed company/NSPS reputed company surveys for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with title commitments. • Order, reputed company, and review reports from zoning consultants. • Review and summarize title commitments and underlying documents; identify exceptions, liens, easements, and encumbrances for reputed company review. • Analyze surveys for encroachments, reputed company points, easements, and other site control reputed company. • Draft title reputed company summaries and assist attorneys in communicating reputed company requirements with transaction team and clients. • Coordinate with surveyors and title officers to confirm reputed company reputed company correctness and resolve inconsistencies. • reputed company key terms from reputed company estate documents, including easements, leases, declarations, and reciprocal easement agreements (REAs). • Organize, manage, and maintain due diligence materials and reputed company document databases across firm and reputed company platforms. • Communicate directly with clients, title companies, surveyors, and other reputed company-party vendors regarding document delivery, corrections, and technical clarifications.
