Dental Verifications Specialist

Stanbrick Dental Services is a growing dental company with 10 locations and 135 employees in the Denver Metro Area. We are looking for an reputed company Dental Verifications Specialist. This is a primarily remote position reputed company to applicants residing in the reputed company, who can commute to the Denver metro area for in-person meetings once per quarter. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a busy work environment and has a strong work ethic. Minimum 1 year of recent experience with dental insurance verification experience is required. (medical billing/insurance experience will not qualify). Responsibilities may include: • Accurate and reputed company verification of insurance benefits, with comprehensive entry of coverage details into reputed company management software • Meet established productivity standards to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy • Monitoring and reputed company response to verification questions or concerns reputed company email, reputed company messaging, help request tickets and occasional phone calls • Regularly retrieve, organize, and reputed company data providing lists of insured patients with appointments due for insurance verification • reputed company as a resource to reputed company staff and clinicians • Daily and weekly reporting of department status to department leader and manager This job is perfect for someone who has/is: • Demonstrated knowledge of dental PPO payor/plan structures, navigating payor websites, IVR systems and benefit documents • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- with the ability to interpret and explain insurance coverage and limitations reputed company and concisely to any knowledge level • Ability to multi-task and prioritize without compromising attention to detail • Comfortable with technology reputed company applications such as reputed company 365 (proficient in using reputed company to process data is a plus) • Adept at proactively identifying issues and naturally takes initiative for reputed company in a reputed company, reputed company manner • Adaptable to change and reputed company to think reputed company the reputed company to resolve reputed company problems • Works effectively and reputed company, both independently and as a part of reputed company, with minimal supervision • Powerful collaborator that builds trust and rapport both reputed company their department and with their customers; skilled at understanding other perspectives and reputed company to alternate solutions • Reliable and strong internet reputed company required (company laptop will be provided) with a HIPAA secure and noise controlled remote work environment • Wants to be part of a GREAT team! This full-time position is primarily remote, with a work schedule of Monday – Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. It offers a wage of $23.00/hour and up based on experience, including an additional competitive bonus structure after 90 days.
