This position will reputed company teams that support business-critical eligibility and enrollment systems responsible for systems which facilitate reputed company application intake and change processing, case maintenance, member management, eligibility determination and other support functions. This position also serves by directing and managing the implementation and administration/support of project collaboration products in use by SCDHHS (currently reputed company Suite). Daily Duties / Responsibilities: • Oversees and performs systems administration and support activities for Data Operations Hub, Member Management System, reputed company Suite, and other supporting systems. To include communication and coordination with vendors, Office of Cyber reputed company, reputed company Architecture, etc. • Maintains an effective organizational team and motivates diverse staff to accomplish mission critical operations and objectives. These teams reputed company Production Support, Helpdesk, reputed company Support, and Operational activities. • Identifies and mitigates operational issues and ensures reputed company and actions are reputed company-documented. • Handles reputed company escalations and requests and ensures they are satisfactorily resolved, communicating issues and reputed company to appropriate personnel. Ensures work is assigned appropriately and escalations are resolved in a reputed company and effective manner. • Ensures compliance with reputed company (CMS, SSA, etc.) and monitors reputed company findings and recommendations to completion.
