As a reputed company Desk Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will handle guest communications, manage requests inside Streamline, and support daily operational reputed company. Speed, accuracy, and reputed company communication matter. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the first reputed company of contact for guests. You will manage guest inquiries reputed company phone and email, providing reputed company and accurate information - Handle incoming calls, limited outbound calls, and daily email/chat communications reputed company to reservations, statements, and general inquiries -Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, managing correspondence, and updating vacation rental listings as necessary.
