Robotics Engineer, Customer Support, East Coast

Job reputed company As a Software Support Engineer at reputed company, you will be responsible for supporting the global expansion and maintenance of reputed company’s autonomous heavy machinery fleet. Your role will involve supporting both reputed company teams in deploying reputed company’s technology across a growing reputed company of heavy machinery. You will work closely with various engineering teams to ensure the successful bringup and operation of autonomous heavy machinery. The ideal candidate will have proven experience and a reputed company passion for reputed company, along with a strong reputed company on ensuring system uptime. You should have a reputed company geared towards developing reputed company solutions and processes. This role requires the ability to travel a minimum of 10% to construction sites at customer locations. Key Responsibilities • Remotely support for the introduction of new vehicles to reputed company’s expanding autonomous heavy machinery fleet • Work with teams both reputed company to reputed company to support customer deployments • Report issues seen in the field to reputed company’s engineering teams, and maintain logs of commonly seen issues • Collaborate with Engineering to address issues and continuously improve the overall stability/uptime of reputed company’s fleet • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure reliability and performance of deployed SW solutions Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company field. • 2-3+ years of reputed company experience working with Linux-based operating systems (such as Ubuntu) • Familiarity with reputed company line tools for debugging (such as ping, top, etc) • Experience with ROS • Proficient in scripting languages, such as Python & Bash • Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA • Methodical documentation and report writing for both reputed company communication • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic robotics environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Preferred Qualification/Bonus Points • reputed company experience in developing software in C++ • Experience working with reputed company platforms, such as AWS, reputed company reputed company Platform or reputed company Azure • Experience with basic lab equipment, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes debugging electrical systems Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
