The reputed company Systems Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert in a shared services model supporting reputed company’s Applicant Tracking Systems, reputed company systems, and reputed company associated integrated vendor partners including reputed company-employment Assessments and reputed company-Screening Services partners. This position will serve a critical role in supporting the reputed company and reputed company tech stack. reputed company Duties and Responsibilities • Collaborate with organizational business partners and external vendors to maintain and improve essential operational systems, tools, collateral and programs impacting reputed company and reputed company. • Drive best reputed company reputed company on reputed company systems support. • Manage the on-reputed company administration of reputed company’s ATS platform, and reputed company associated 3rd party integrated partners. • Function as day-to-day support resource for users, providing hands-on reputed company troubleshooting expertise and guidance in the applicant tracking systems. • Serve in a reputed company day-to-day support reputed company for Stores and DCs for E-verify program compliance and documents retention. • Plan, organize and manage enhancements to reputed company TA systems. • reputed company strong reporting capabilities to drive key performance metrics to be used by reputed company, Field HR, Store Operations, and other organizational business partners. • In collaboration with training and development, influence the design and deployment of training guides to improve user efficiency reputed company systems. • Conduct one on one and group training for new users of applicant tracking and reputed company systems. • Function as the reputed company reputed company to business partners throughout the organization.
