About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Support Representative to join our outbound lab support team. As a key member of our customer-centric team, you'll work closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to address all client needs accurately and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on providing product education, handling a wide range of questions, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between arenaflex, our customer base, and patients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Resolve routine customer requests regarding products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the internet, using protocol procedures and a customer-centric approach
  • Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution
  • Provide additional customer education and information as needed, ensuring that our clients are empowered to make informed decisions
  • Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services, working to expand our customer base and drive business growth
  • Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, leveraging your analytical skills to provide timely and accurate solutions
  • Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that our customers receive the information they need to make informed decisions
  • Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our customer service strategies
  • Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records, ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working in a contact center or call center environment, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of customer-centric service delivery
  • Current or previous experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges of healthcare service delivery
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of CRM and data management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent ability to listen and respond to customer needs and concerns
  • Must be courteous, with a strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly and effectively
