Job Overview

In this role, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing inbound customer support via calls and/or the internet. You will resolve routine problems and questions regarding our client's products and/or services, utilizing your technical support skills and knowledge to deliver expert customer experiences. As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, and your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong focus on building customer relationships
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • The ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
  • Technical support experience preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology
  • Certifications in customer service or technical support
