About the Role

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, helping them navigate our services and providing solutions to their problems. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to educate customers on disease management programs, recommend healthy living programs, and resolve issues efficiently. You'll work independently, using your toolkit to analyze and solve customer problems, and collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics like payment determinations, claims, and medical procedures
  • Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them promptly, aiming for first-time resolution whenever possible
  • Educate customers on disease management programs and recommend healthy living programs tailored to their needs

What You Should Have

To succeed as a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and high capacity for multitasking independently on a computer
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management focus
