Job Overview: Customer Experience Champion II
As a Customer Experience Champion II at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer needs, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, educating customers, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer concerns, while educating customers on device-related inquiries and promoting our products and services.
- Turn every contact into a sell or save opportunity, providing a premium experience that drives customer loyalty and retention.
- Embody the Service Plus mindset, resolving customer concerns and anticipating future needs.
- Provide exceptional experiences through discovery, targeted recommendations, and customer-specific insights.
- Navigate systems, tools, and resources to provide billing explanations, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, advocating for customers and highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
- Practice business acumen, balancing the needs of the company, customers, and fellow employees.
- Identify plans and services that meet customer needs, preventing future contacts and driving long-term growth.
Where You'll Be Working
This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. You'll need to be located in Florida, within a reasonable commute to our hub location in Temple Terrace, FL. Onsite presence is required for onboarding, training, and periodic center collaboration, but you'll enjoy the freedom to work from home and manage your schedule effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or one or more years of customer service experience.
- One or more years of sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience resolving complex customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A.
- A strong sales acumen, with the ability to promote and provide solutions about our products and services.
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- The ability to work an assigned shift schedule, including static start, stop, breaks, and meal times, for up to or greater than 6 months at a time.
- Meet all home office requirements, including a private workspace, minimum internet speed, and desk for the required equipment provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
- Experience with Google's G-Suite (e.g., Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, applications, network, and device issues.
- Experience promoting and upselling products or services.
Home Office Requirements
In this remote role, you'll need to meet the following home office requirements:
- A dedicated quiet and private workspace.
- Internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem capable of at least 25mbps.
- A monetary stipend may be provided to support your internet service plan.
- The ability to self-manage in a remote work environment, including setup of company-provided computer equipment and ongoing proactive management of your home network and connections.
- arenaflex conducts periodic home audits via webcam to ensure your workspace meets requirements.
