About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team
Our arenaflex work-from-home team is spread across 40 preferred residency states, and we're currently hiring in most areas of the United States. Please note that we're not hiring from AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States at this time. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing compassionate and timely support to our customers. A Typical Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative
- Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
- Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and a smile, ensuring a positive experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Utilize your product or service knowledge to provide expert advice and support
What You Bring to the Role
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to bring a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities to the table. These include:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain complex concepts
- Computer savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
The Equipment You'll Need
To work remotely with arenaflex, you'll need to have the following equipment:
- Internet speed > 15 Mbps, with a hardwired direct connection to your home router recommended
- A USB wired headset, although you may be able to use an existing headset (except for Bluetooth headsets)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (such as an iPad) for daily log-in and other tasks
