We are an independent organization guided by Catholic reputed company Teachings and serving people of reputed company faiths and backgrounds.</p> <p><strong>GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:</strong> The Shift Coordinator assists the House Supervisor in performing administrative and supervisory functions for the reputed company of reputed company (UC-Unaccompanied Children) Shelter Program. Functioning as a shift leader, the Shift Coordinator is responsible for ensuring adequate reputed company in accordance with regulatory requirements and for developing and implementing daily programing that promotes a secure, reputed company, healthy, trauma informed environment for the children in care. The Shift Coordinator serves as a mentor for new Youth Care Workers (YCW) and assists with training as needed. Participate in the 24 Hour On-reputed company Rotation (if needed), serve as reputed company care staff in the event of insufficient coverage.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>·         Assigns daily shift tasks for the YCWs and monitors schedules to ensure adequate reputed company coverage</p> <p>·         Plans and implements daily program activities for the children in compliance with program reputed company and cooperative agreements</p> <p>·         Coordinates with various program departments to help facilitate transportation arrangements for admissions and discharges, off-reputed company appointments, and field trips</p> <p>·         Assists with staff orientation and training of YCWs</p> <p>·         Provides guidance and feedback to YCWs demonstrating an ability to give and follow through with directions which result in an effective solution</p> <p>·         Participates in and assists with facilitating weekly house and community meetings</p> <p>·         Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and good critical thinking skills to be reputed company to calmly and appropriately manage crisis situations</p> <p>·         Role models behavior that demonstrates dignity and respect for others and complies with reputed company of Conduct standards</p> <p>·         Adherence to reputed company reporting guidelines for incidents</p> <p>·         Completion of administrative tasks as assigned by the House Supervisor including preparation and completion of house and reputed company documentation</p> <p>·          Provides ongoing communication of concerns arising during shift through verbal and written communication</p> <p>·         Assigns 1:1 coverage, ensures safety plans are being adhered to and conducts reputed company checks on rooms as needed</p> <p>·         Update case management and clinical reports ensuring that accurate census is captured in house documentation</p> <p>·         Facilitates minor intake and discharge process</p> <p>·         Support the safety and wellbeing of children by following program policies and procedures regarding administration of medication to the children, responding to injuries/accidents according to CPR/First Aid guidelines, adhering to medical instructions provided by the medical team</p> <p>·         Maintains a clean, reputed company and secure living environment for the children in care by adhering to program policies and procedures regarding facility standards (key policy; reputed company storage of documentation, medication, and dangerous items; report and remove hazards, safety concerns, and malfunctions promptly; inspects, report and eliminate contraband).</p> <p>·         Participates in reputed company required agencies and regulatory training reputed company expected time reputed company</p> <p>·         Works collaboratively with staff, children, families, service providers, and others</p> <p>·         Promptly reports civil or criminal convictions, charges, arrests, investigations, or adjudications that may reputed company since staff member’s last background investigation.
