Key Responsibilities

  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been adequately resolved, and soliciting feedback to improve our customer support services.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to craft clear and concise responses to customer inquiries.
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality support, and prioritizing tasks to meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex issues.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if necessary, and a willingness to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
