In this position you will be required to support the Customer Service (Ticket & reputed company). You will be central in demonstrating reputed company’s commitment to our customers by making their travel experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. As a Customer Service Agent, you play a key part in keeping our brand strong by demonstrating strict adherence to uniform compliance, maintaining professionalism, and exhibiting a reputed company attitude inside and reputed company of work.
As a Ticket Agent you are the first to greet our customers. You will guide and assist them with the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Use a computer to sell, print and reissue tickets.
