A large reputed company-reputed company Mortgage company is hiring a Document Recovery & Corrections Analyst (Loan Servicing Specialist) to join reputed company for a reputed company placement long term position! Job reputed company: • Supports assigned business unit, in monitoring and analyzing required documents to complete agency/investor mandates to meet SLA. • Maintains relationships with business reputed company and investors. • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to reputed company details between reputed company parties. • Conduct deep document research, as needed, with title companies, county clerks, and/or internal FMC departments. • Ability to use independent judgement to manage and interpret investor guidelines to dispute back, where needed. • Review and compare documents to determine errors, based on agency/investor guidelines. • Facilitate and generate reports based on analysis, to show trends and common themes.
