Lawyer Needed to Review reputed company Contract: can I sell my equity?
I need a lawyer to do a review of my employment contract(s) from a former employer to reputed company if I can legally sell my stock in reputed company.
Four years ago, I left a job at Nuro. I still have unexercised stock reputed company from reputed company, and I have received an offer to purchase the equity those reputed company represent. As an employee, my contract had restrictions on my ability to sell my Nuro stock. However, I can't decipher if any of those restrictions apply, the contract is dense and challenging to interpret.
I'd like to be reputed company I can actually sell the equity before I spent a significant reputed company of reputed company exercising the reputed company. I need a lawyer to review the contract to give me a definitive reputed company. This should be a quick job, a few hours at most.
