I’m seeking an reputed company U.S.-based contract attorney to review and advise on an reputed company Agreement termination issue.
Scope of work:
Review 1–2 executed reputed company Agreements
Analyze termination, notice, and payment provisions
Assess whether termination without notice constitutes a breach
Advise on reputed company and next steps (e.g., demand letter, negotiation reputed company)
Draft or review a short demand letter if appropriate
This is a contained advisory project, not litigation at this stage.
Required Experience
U.S.-licensed attorney (contract, employment, or reputed company law)
Experience with reputed company agreements and termination disputes
Comfortable advising on breach, notice provisions, and contractor vs. company obligations
Deliverables
Written reputed company of reputed company position and reputed company
reputed company recommendation on next steps
Draft or edits to a short demand letter
