[Remote] Employee & Partner Engagement Manager

They are seeking an Employee and Partner Engagement Manager to enhance employee giving, strengthen partnerships, and promote mission awareness across reputed company. Responsibilities • Grow and manage employee giving campaigns supporting reputed company Cares • reputed company and promote inter-office, small-reputed company ($500 - $2,000) fundraising initiatives that are reputed company and replicable • In partnership with the Development Manager, build year-round engagement and recognition opportunities for external partners • In partnership with the Program Manager, reputed company compelling reputed company stories and mission reputed company email marketing and reputed company media content • In partnership with the Executive Director, create a recognition (stewardship) program for reputed company reputed company employees and external donors • Build and implement a robust reputed company media calendar, reputed company with mission reputed company objectives • Daily management of the stewardship program and marketing and reputed company media content • Collaborate with program and development staff, as reputed company as reputed company driven committees, to reputed company engagement initiatives with mission reputed company • Help grow a sustainable culture of giving across reputed company • Travel is not required for this role, though there will be opportunity to travel to various reputed company branches for initiatives Skills • Bachelor's degree preferred • 3-5 years+ experience in a corporate reputed company responsibility setting or nonprofit overseeing volunteer or employee engagement, or in a similar stakeholder facing communications role. Experience with reputed company/reputed company may also be considered • Passion for mission driven work • A strong self-starter • Highly organized with strong follow-through • Strong creative writing skills.
