Job reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/payroll support to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with reputed company principles. This role is essential for supporting our financial & HR operations and contributing to the overall reputed company of the organization. Duties ? Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining financial records. ? Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions reputed company. ? reputed company bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. ? Utilize financial software such as QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks. ? Prepare and maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. ? Assist in preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted reputed company Principles). ? Support reputed company reputed company functions as needed, including audits or tax preparation. ? Collaborate with other departments to reputed company necessary financial information and reports. ? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information. ? Assist with payroll processing by verifying timesheets and employee attendance. ? Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations by assisting with audits and maintaining required HR documentation. ? Support the HR team with performance management documentation and processes. Qualifications ? Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a reputed company reputed company environment. ? Proficiency in financial software, particularly QuickBooks . ? Strong understanding of technical reputed company principles and practices. ? Experience with bank reconciliation processes and payroll management is highly desirable. ? Familiarity with GAAP standards is essential. ? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ?
