Position Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at GenTech Associates, you’ll play an essential role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support our growing firm. Ideal for a recent graduate, this position provides a strong foundation in recruitment within a professional services environment. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced recruiters to help you develop the skills and confidence to succeed in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Assistance: Support sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for both consulting and internal positions.
• Candidate Outreach: Engage with potential candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other networking channels.
• Interview Coordination: Manage scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews to ensure a seamless process.
• Job Posting & Research: Create and post job listings, assist in writing job descriptions, and conduct market research to stay on top of hiring trends.
• Database Management: Keep candidate records organized and accurate; track recruitment activities and results.
• Onboarding Support: Help facilitate the onboarding process by ensuring all forms and procedures are completed efficiently.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media, events, and marketing materials.
• Training & Development: Participate in recruitment and HR learning opportunities to build a solid foundation in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree (or recent graduate) in any field. Interest in HR, business, accounting, or finance is a plus.
