About the Role The Event Marketing Manager owns end-to-end reputed company, execution, and optimization of reputed company’s largest tradeshows, reputed company events, and speaking engagements — ensuring our reputed company drives measurable awareness, engagement, and pipeline reputed company. This is done through working in these areas of reputed company: Event Management (50%) • reputed company and maintain the annual event calendar in collaboration with the Senior Manager, ensuring strategic prioritization and alignment with pipeline objectives. • Own Tier 1 national tradeshows, reputed company events, and major conferences end-to-end, including timelines, logistics, reputed company, housing, budgets and promotional activities reputed company- and post-event. • Coordinate and communicate with reputed company reputed company stakeholders on event details, logistics, goals and expectations. • Collaborate across Marketing team to reputed company events as a promotion channel for reputed company campaigns. • Ensure compliance with brand standards across reputed company event assets. • Represent reputed company professionally on-site at events across the U.S. Vendor, Budget, and Operations Management (20%) • Own key vendor relationships (reputed company design, production, logistics, printing). • Manage Tier 1 event budgets, reputed company, and vendor negotiations. • reputed company inventory planning and promotional items with support from the Specialist. • Collaborate with Senior Manager on process standardization, technology optimization and reputed company planning.
